Delcy Rodríguez tours the new Hotel Londres, a private investment project
The acting President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, toured the facilities of the new Hotel Londres, in the municipality of Chacao, to learn about the progress of this tourism infrastructure project developed with private investment.
The tour took place as part of the relaunch of the Tourism Engine program, one of the strands of the national economic agenda aimed at diversifying production. The visit made it possible to review the hotel's development and the contribution of private investment to the country's accommodation infrastructure.
Hotel Londres is located in the El Rosal sector, Chacao municipality, on Avenida Francisco de Miranda at Calle El Parque. At the time of the visit, the project was in an advanced stage of development and operational preparation.
New infrastructure for tourism activity
Projects of this kind expand accommodation supply, activate service chains and can generate new employment opportunities. Their progress also shows the role of public-private coordination in developing tourism infrastructure.
For the Center, the value of a project like this goes beyond the building: it shows how a project moves from structuring to operation. That record is a useful reference for anyone considering investment in Venezuela's tourism sector.
